In 2024, when technology has significantly developed from AI assistants to AI agents, the domestic AI system market has rapidly expanded to 1,341.2 billion yen, up 56.5% from the previous year, according to a survey by IDC. Efforts to strengthen competitiveness using AI technology have also progressed, and pioneering companies have begun to optimize and automate marketing, human resources, finance, IT, and other business processes using their own data. Meanwhile, demand for predictive and recognition AI, which has been used for some time, is also increasing. As digital transformation and digital business promotion and measures to address labor shortages become essential for all companies, investment in AI, automation, and data analysis/utilization is expected to continue to increase, and the importance of optimal solutions for each company is also expected to increase.
