Andrea Siviero leads IDC’s European Digital Business and Future of Work Research group. The group provides market research insights to foster a purposeful and fair adoption of technologies supporting digital societies, businesses and workforce and empower tech providers in strategic decision making, planning and go-to-market activities. Siviero also co-leads the IDC Worldwide MacroTech Research program, focused on the intertwined connection between the Economical and Digital worlds – analyzing the impact key MacroEconomic factors have on the digital landscape and viceversa, how technologies are impacting economies around the world.

Siviero advises IT players on building a forward-looking digital business and workforce strategy, while providing an in-depth view on future of work technology adoption, key digital use cases, macroeconomic digital impact, and digital regulations and emerging technology, via qualitative subscriptions and custom consulting projects. He has extensive experience with large strategy and go-to-market projects with IT providers. He is a member of IDC’s global Tech Storytellers taskforce and he is passionate about public speaking and customer engagement opportunities.

He joined IDC’s European team in 2014 and has become a recognized independent analyst across Europe and beyond in the vertical markets and digital business space. He is based in Italy and he holds a joint PhD in mathematics between the Université Bordeaux I (France) and the Universiteit Leiden (the Netherlands). During his PhD, he covered scientific research, academic teaching, and vocational training. He is a native Italian speaker and he is fluent in English and French.

Before joining OpenText, he was Manager of the Solutions Consulting team for VILT and Transition Manager at Fractalia.

Antonio Velasco is a Telecommunications Engineer with an MBA who has developed his professional career at Telefónica, IKEA, and currently at AstraZeneca. Throughout his career, he has led transformation initiatives based on business opportunities, technology, and AI. His goal is to combine the best capabilities, wherever they are, to deliver maximum measurable value for the company, patients, and organizations.

Global technology executive with more than 15 years of experience leading digital transformation in sectors such as logistics, energy, pharmaceuticals, and industrials. He currently serves as RAO’s CIO for the Iberian region, driving innovation, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies. He has led complex, large-scale transformation programs, leading multicultural teams, and aligning technology with sustainable business outcomes.

Jorge González is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector applied to different verticals. During his career he has worked for some renowned companies such as Hijos de Rivera group (Estrella Galicia), Euskaltel Group or BOSCH group. He is currently the CIO of Adolfo Dominguez, leading the company’s technology strategy. His vision and knowledge in technology have driven the digital transformation of Adolfo Dominguez.

Jonathan is a strategic CIO with over 15 years of experience leading digital transformation in the global hospitality sector.
He specializes in enterprise architecture, AI integration, and guest-centric data ecosystems, having delivered complex technology programs for top-tier hotel brands. Currently serving as Group CIO across Oakmond and its affiliated companies, he is driving the convergence of hospitality and preventive healthcare through cloud-native platforms, medical data interoperability, and AI-powered longevity solutions. Jonathan’s leadership is reshaping how technology delivers efficiency, personalization, and scalable innovation across diverse business models in the ultra-luxury space.

Civil Engineer by training, I am passionate about strategy and technology. Over the years I have continued training with different programs in Digital Transformation at MIT, Strategic Innovation at Esade, an MBA or the senior management program in Strategic Project Management at IE.

Currently I am CIO, IT and Digital Transformation Director at Sampol, a multinational company with trajectory in different sectors, such as energy, digitalization, telecommunications or integral facilities. I lead the technology strategy with a focus on efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. With more than 10 years of experience in the technology sector I have led digitization and innovation projects in different industries, applying multiple methodologies. Today, we are immersed in great challenges of automation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence and we are achieving great successes, which I am proud to participate and lead.

I believe that knowledge should be shared, so I currently collaborate with different universities and business schools giving training in programs related to technology, digital transformation, strategy and project management.
