Resiliente Sicherheit: Neue Strategien für 2024
IDC Security Forum
Continuous risk assessment for secure applications and software supply chains
According to IDC’s Worldwide Security Spending Guide, total spending in Europe increased by 10.6 percent in 2023. Spending in the region will continue to grow at near double-digit rates over the forecast period, reaching a total of $71 billion in 2026.
Overview
IT security remains the most important investment area for European companies when it comes to risk and compliance.
Protecting IT assets, whether data, applications, networks, or devices, is a fundamental requirement, typically mandated by a company’s technology or legal department. Failure to protect these assets can lead to catastrophic, high-profile breaches that cause customers, partners, and stakeholders to lose trust in a company—and a company to lose competitive advantage and profits. European companies are rethinking their cyber resilience and proactively ensuring their organization maintains good cyber hygiene.
